Dear Future...

Dear future,

How's it going? Here in the present things are a little messed up. Half of the people on this planet are staving to death, while much of the rest are dying of over-consumption. What should I do? I feel like I am so small and don't really make a difference in the bigger scheme of things.

Every single action matters. You vote with each dollar you spend, so chose wisely because what you buy keeps alive the huge corporations that dump heavy pollutants into the environment and have no regard for life, or it supports small, family-owned businesses that have compassion and much less of a footprint. What you do determines how the future will look. I won't tell you what happens, but make sure your decisions today reflect what you would like to see later. 

If you ever want peace on Earth you will have to stop factory farming practices, which are, quite literally, hell. By not consuming animal products you are saying "I will not participate in the problem", and consciousness will evolve.

Ok, I will try harder to make a difference, and be sure I know where everything I buy comes from. Hopefully that's enough to change things for the better.
