For people looking to buy cheap land and get off the grid, I recommend buying some land in Detroit. The place is becoming a Ghost City... its so deserted. Some people are burning their homes for the insurance money because nobody is buying them. Its ridiculous. See $68,007 for a four-bedroom house???
