Hi guys!
I thought I would send a big hello out to everyone who tunes in to beautiful vegan once in a while. We haven't been posting much lately because we are days away from finishing the book!!!! It's called "conscious evolution: delicious, compassionate living" and I can't wait to show you!
It is our first book, and we've worked for over 3 years on the thing. There are 120 wonderful recipes, photos and journal entries from our travels, vegan facts, an animal ingredient dictionary, observations on changes felt from the experience of meditation and much much more!
I will be putting it up for sale on Lulu.com and on the blog here, and sending it off to the publisher I met with who liked when it was in it's infancy. We'll see what happens. Thank you so much to you all for just being out there, and for caring about the world around you. It means more than you know.
Lyn Rose
