Thank you for this blog! I was a vegetarian for 7 years in my past and a traumatic even made me change everything in my life. Since then, I've been thinking that was a choice that I might not have been better for making.
I think I've finally hit my wall and my daughter and I (who is only 14 months old and doesn't like any meat or animal products anyway!) are going vegan. I'm going to start and it may not be perfect at first but thank you for sharing the information here. It has been very useful for me and I'm looking forward to the chocolate pudding and making my own almond milk! =) Keep on keepin' on - you're making a huge difference.
