how to make creamy caesar dressing!
In a blender:
1 cup water
1/4 cup tahini
1 whole lemon (juiced)
2 teaspoons rinsed capers
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or balsamic)
1 Tablespoon raw agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup soaked raw almonds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Blend until smooth and creamy. That's it! This is my favorite dressing right now. It keeps in the fridge for a few days so you can have it on your salads if you are raw, or pour it over pasta to make a creamy sauce!

Nice recipe, but I do not see the ground anchovies in it. It not think it real caesar dressing with out it.
That's because it's VEGAN!
BAHAHA! BEST 2 COMMENTS EVER!
add dulse, instead of anchovies
This has become my favorite dressing! I've been eating it everyday by drenching a huge salad with it making sure there's extra at the bottom of the bowl so i can slurp it back. I'm a real classy lady . LOL
