I'm doing something great for myself! I've been trying on and off for 4 years - yes, I have been eating just about 95% raw food. Its easier this time around (for about 3 months now) because I feel so much better when I increase my intake of raw veggies, fruits nuts and seeds. There is a huge, noticeable difference. It feels like a natural transition- from the standard omnivore diet (s.o.d.)- to vegetarian- to Vegan- to RAW VEGAN!
I will be posting some great recipes so keep checking us out. I'll update you on my progress every once in a while too. Whenever I go raw certain things happen:
1. I lose weight
2. I have way more energy
3. My skin is much nicer
4. I feel happier and more positive
5. Things seem to go my way, like I'm in the flow of things
Today, for example, a woman from B.C. that I've never met in person before gave me a copy of her raw vegan book! Her name is Rose and here is her web address: www.rawrose.com . Check out her site and the book she wrote.
